Terms & Conditions

Jacksonbury is about having a good time! To ensure that this happens we’ve got a few terms and conditions that we ask everyone to read and agree to before booking tickets.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Admission

- The promoters reserve the right to refuse admission.

- No entry to the site before 16:00 or after 23:00.

- Guests may be searched on entry to the event. If you are in possession of illegal substances you may be arrested.

- You will not be allowed to bring in glass bottles or any kind. Broken glass is dangerous for kids and for animals who will be using the grounds and fields after the event. Leave all glass in the car, decant it into plastic bottles or bin it. There are no exceptions.

- Alcohol cannot be brought into the site. There are fully licensed bars available for you which will be open from 16:00 to 00:00.

- No pet animals are allowed on the festival site other than dogs assisting the visually impaired.

- If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you might be asked for ID at the bars as part of the Challenge 25 initiative – so please bring a passport or driving license with you.

Tickets/Wristbands

- Admission wristbands will be issued on production of a valid confirmation email and proof of identity for the booker.

- The wristband office will be by the entrance gate and will open from 15:00 until 23:00.

- No admission without wristband.

- We can not offer refunds on the basis of inclement weather.

- All tickets/wristbands are non-transferrable and cannot be re-sold.

Families & Children

- Families are welcome at the Festival.

- Parents are reminded that there are areas of the Venue, especially immediately in front of the stage, and some bands or acts that are inappropriate for children and may contain adult content.

- Any Parent bringing a child to the Festival is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of that child and must exercise their discretion as to where to take them and the bands or acts that they may see.

- All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21.

- No more than ONE under 18s per parent or guardian. Proof of age may be required.

General

- Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be ejected without refund.

- The promoter reserves the right to change the line up without notification. However, we’ll endeavor to keep you informed via the email address you’ve provided.

- Warning: exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing.

- Strobe lighting may be used at the festival.

- Wristband holders give their express consent to the use of the actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising and/or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.

- If the Festival is cancelled, the Promoter shall not be liable for any costs or expenses wasted or incurred by the Bearer including, but not limited to, accommodation or transport costs, or any direct or indirect losses or damage of whatever kind.

Transportation


- No parking will be allowed on site so as to allow access for emergency vehicle. – Trafford Water Park car park may close before the festival finishes. Please check! – Jackson’s Boat is not well served by public transport. Please ensure that you make arrangements in plenty of time so that you can get home safely when you leave the festival.
